Personal Space is an alternative rock band from Monmouth County, New Jersey, that is strongly influenced by heavy 90’s sound and 2000's alt rock, something meant for all to enjoy spanning from old metal dudes to crazy teenage girls. 

The band began in 2014 starting with Lauren (vocals), Ryan (guitar), and Jeramy (drums), at an Asbury Park based music academy, starting in the third grade and continuing into their Junior year of high school. Along the way the band had opportunities like playing alongside Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Sublime With Rome, Max Weinberg, etc. As kids, Personal Space was given the opportunity to be in the movie Asbury Park: Riot Redemption Rock and Roll, spending almost a year filming, and promoting with a halftime show at the Prudential Center in NJ for the New Jersey Devils. Later on, in 2021, Catherine (bass) joined the band, and has been kicking it with us ever since. Since joining she has helped write multiple originals, and has played numbers of shows with the band across the coast. In the summer of 2022, Evan (guitar) joined the band, and one year later we’re known as Personal Space.
